The quote form doesn't send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with the details filled in, and we receive only what you choose to send: usually your name, company, email address, the products you're interested in, and any files you attach.

We use this to reply, prepare costings and samples, and run any order you place. We keep it for as long as we're dealing with you, and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and export rules require us to keep business records. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and on our contract with you once you order.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They don't set cookies, don't identify you, and don't follow you to other sites.

Only if you accept in the cookie banner, we also use:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google), to understand how visitors find and use the site. Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to two years.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms), to measure our adverts on Facebook and Instagram and to show them to people who have visited this site. Cookie: _fbp, kept for up to 90 days.

If you reject, or ignore the banner, none of these load. You can change your mind at any time using cookie settings.

Our email provider (Microsoft), our website host (Vercel), and Google and Meta if you accept their cookies. When you order, we share what's needed with our partner factories, inspection agencies, couriers, freight forwarders and banks. Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EU under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We don't sell your information.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to ever1enterprises@outlook.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
