Send your brief
A tech pack, a sample garment or photos with the quantity you need. We come back with questions and a costing.
Prototype sample10–14 days
We make the sample in your chosen fabric and courier it to you for fit and feel.
Approve and confirm
Sizes, colours, trims and labels are locked. A pre-production sample confirms the bulk fabric.
Bulk production45–60 days
Cutting, stitching and finishing in Tirupur, with photo updates at each stage.
Final inspection
Every order is checked against your spec at AQL 2.5 before packing. Third-party inspection on request.
Shipping
FOB or CIF from Tuticorin or Chennai. We prepare the invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
No import duty on qualifying shipments to the UK
Since 15 July 2026, the India–UK trade agreement has removed UK import duty on qualifying Indian apparel. Knitwear used to pay up to 12%. We prepare the origin documents your customs broker needs to claim the zero rate.
The India–EU agreement has been concluded but is not yet in force. Until it is, EU shipments pay the standard rate, and we'll tell you as soon as that changes.
