    How we work

You approve every sample before bulk, and you see the goods before they're packed. Here's what happens after you send a brief.

    Close-up of grey knitted fabric
    1. Send your brief

A tech pack, a sample garment or photos with the quantity you need. We come back with questions and a costing.

    2. Prototype sample

      Usually 10–14 days

We make the sample in your chosen fabric and courier it to you for fit and feel.

    3. Approve and confirm

Sizes, colours, trims and labels are locked. A pre-production sample confirms the bulk fabric.

    4. Bulk production

      Usually 45–60 days

Cutting, stitching and finishing in Tirupur, with photo updates at each stage.

    5. Final inspection

Every order is checked against your spec at AQL 2.5 before packing. Third-party inspection on request.

    6. Shipping

FOB or CIF from Tuticorin or Chennai. We prepare the invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

    Quality checks and compliance

The same spec sheet and inspection standard apply at every partner factory, so your second order matches your first.

    Fabric checked on arrival

Bulk fabric is checked for GSM, width, shade and knitting faults before cutting. Shade is matched to your approved lab dip.

    Inline checks while stitching

Measurements and workmanship are checked on the line, so faults are corrected while the order is still being made.

    Final inspection at AQL 2.5

Packed goods are sampled and inspected against your spec before shipping. You get the report with photos. Your own or a third-party inspector is welcome.

    Lab testing on request

Shrinkage, colour fastness, pilling and fibre content tested at an independent lab such as SGS, Intertek or TÜV, with the report sent to you.

    Social compliance audits

If your brand needs amfori BSCI, SMETA or WRAP, tell us at the start. We place the order with a partner factory that holds the audit, or plan the audit before bulk so it doesn't delay delivery.

    Documents with every shipment

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus fabric certificates and test reports where your order needs them.

300 pieces per style, with at least 100 pieces per colour, so you can split a style across up to three colours. If you need a smaller first run to test the market, ask us and we'll tell you what's possible for that style.

Yes. We can work from stock-colour fabric, or dye to your Pantone or TCX reference. A custom colour needs its own dye lot, so the minimum is 300 pieces per colour. We send lab dips for your approval before the bulk fabric is dyed.

We quote the sample cost and courier charge before we start. Sample charges are adjusted against your first bulk order.

Yes. Send photos or a garment you like, with your size range. We'll prepare a spec sheet with measurements for you to approve before sampling.

Usually 30–50% advance with the order and the balance against shipping documents. Letters of credit are accepted for larger orders.

45–60 days from pre-production sample approval for most knit styles. Special dyes, prints or certified fabrics can add time; we'll confirm the date with your costing.

FOB from Tuticorin or Chennai, or CIF to your nearest port. If you use a freight forwarder, we hand the goods over to them at the port.

Allow about 4–5 weeks by sea to Felixstowe or Southampton, plus a few days for customs clearance. Air freight is possible for small or urgent orders; we'll quote both.

We label fibre content and care instructions to UK and EU requirements, and source fabric and trims that meet REACH limits on restricted substances. Childrenswear is made without drawstrings at the hood and neck, in line with EN 14682. If you need test reports, we arrange them at an independent lab before shipping.
